BIO:

Brian started his personal health and wellness journey more than 10 years
ago, but his love of sports is a lifelong passion. He played baseball and
wrestled in his youth and continues to compete on the rugby pitch today. It
was his thirst for focus and awareness that led him to the yoga mat. After
only a few practices, he realized he had embarked on a life changing
experience, both physically and spiritually. Brian is an E-RYT 500 with
Yoga Alliance and has trained 500+ HRS with Annie Carpenter in
SmartFlow Yoga.

With his desire to better understand the mechanics of the body, Brian
became an American Council on Exercise (ACE) and BioMechanics Method
Certified Personal Trainer. It was while he was teaching yoga in LA and
training at Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach where his fascination with strength
training and all things iron grew. It was here where he was inspired to
combine breath work and mindfulness into all aspects of life, which
ultimately led to the creation of Mindfully Strong. In 2017, he became a
certified Westside Barbell Special Strengths Coach. With his knowledge and
expertise in many areas of strength, conditioning and yoga, those who follow
Mindfullly Strong receive the best of the best.
