Whether you want to get started with a functional fitness program, get stronger, improve performance in a particular sport, correct postural/functional problems or just feel better in your body he will design a program just for you to help accomplish your goals.

5 Week Athlete Home Gym/Bodyweight Program - This is a Program for Athletes and Serious Weekend Warriors
I created this after looking at a bunch of the online training and realizing that most of it had no real plan behind it. All of the programs I found were incomplete. They did not address the full spectrum of athletic needs, hypertrophy, strength/power, speed and recovery.
This program addresses all of these key athlete attributes.
· Hypertrophy is achieved through higher volume reps
· Strength is achieved through progressive overload either in weight or volume.
· Power is achieved through plyometrics
· Speed is achieved through 2 days of speed and agility drills
· Recovery is achieved through 1 hour pre recorded yoga classes each week and a deload week.
The training is delivered and tracked via the Train Heroic app that can be downloaded from the app store. All exercises and drills include videos.
What do I need?
The program is designed to be done with light dumbells or you can create your own weights with loaded backpacks, laundry detergent bottles etc… You will need a place or something to do pull ups with. A pull bar or strong tree branch etc… If no pull up bar you can substitute with something else like a dumbbell row.
