5-Week At Home Bodyweight/Home Gym Workout - Non Athlete
I created this after looking at a bunch of the stuff online and realizing that most of it had no real plan behind it. All of the programs I found were incomplete and had no real thought, plan or progression behind them. I wanted to create an at home program that would be challenging as well as accessible, a program that progresses you and makes you stronger.
What do I need?
The program is designed to be done with light dumbells or you can create your own weights with loaded backpacks, laundry detergent bottles etc… You will need a place or something to do pull ups with. A pull bar or strong tree branch etc… If no pull up bar you can substitute with something else like a dumbbell row.
